Panhandle Library Access Network goes live with OAI.
The Panhandle Library Access Network (PLAN) is a multi-type library cooperative in Florida, which recently began hosting its member library's digital collections using ResCarta Web.
The site also uses the DLESE OAI application to serve metadata to the Florida Center for Library Automation.
